PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method for phosphoric ester. SOLUTION: In this phosphoric ester determination method based on liquid chromatography mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS), alkylamine is added to a mobile phase of the liquid chromatography. In this way, a trace amount of phosphoric ester in a measured sample can be separated efficiently, and highly sensitive determination can be carried out with good reproducibility.
