PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the inclination of a rotary indication plate to keep a stable flat surface because the inclination of the rotary indication plate causes lifting in a certain direction to contact another member and to generate a large load. SOLUTION: Plural spherical projections contactable to the circumference of the rotary indication plate are formed on the opposite side to the pressing pressure direction of a spring member provided for the rotary indication plate and pressing the lower part of a rotation center wheel, and disposed around an extension line formed by connecting the rotation center to the pressing pressure direction of the spring member in a 90 deg. range at an interval of 45 deg., so that the inclination of the rotary indication plate is corrected.
