PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing a collision of a vehicle which can further simulate by data at the time of the collision of real vehicles by using an MDB(moving deformable barrier). SOLUTION: The method for testing the collision of the vehicle comprises a step of colliding the MDB (1) in which a high rigidity protrusion (5c) is disposed lower than a front end (bumper beam 8) of a side frame of a vehicle (6) to be examined, with a front surface of the vehicle to be examined. Thus, since the high rigidity protrusion provided at the front end of the MDB does not ride on the bumper of the vehicle to be examined, an error from the opposed real vehicle collision can be reduced.
