PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in the case of a branch pipe used as a means for reducing pressure pulsation caused in various pipes, the branch pipe corresponding to a frequency as a reducing object is too long sometime to be used. SOLUTION: A main pipe 5 causing a pressure pulsation is provided with the branch pipe for reducing pulsation, and a reflecting plate for reflecting the pressure pulsation from the main pipe 5 to the base of the branch pipe 6 is provided on the tip part of the branch pipe 6. The reflecting plate 8 is elastically supported on the branch pipe 6 by a spring member 7 to cause a phase lag in reflected wave, whereby the behavior of the reflected wave is controlled as if the pipe is long, so that the pressure pulsation can be reduced by surge interference.
