PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve problems of processing titanium oxide for example, in a conventional process processing aqueous solution of titanium oxide or titanium oxide having antibacterial and deodorizing property the titanium oxide is liable to fall off and unable to manifest its functionality in practical case and a process adhering the compound to the surface of a material by using chemicals designated as poisonoum substance is hard to use in ordinary homes and those who has no chemical knowledge caused to requiring a technical knowledge to handle and needs expensive investments for a waste water treating equipment and a deodorizing equipment and includes highly dangerous chemicals. SOLUTION: This method produces an aqueous solution for processing includes titanium oxide having the photo catalytic function in a strong acidic electrolytic water and a strong alkaline electrolytic water obtained by electrolysis of water which gives no effect on the human body.
