PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper piece take-out device which can reliably take out paper pieces one by one and a paper piece processor which can stick a label to the paper piece which has been taken out during a series of processes. SOLUTION: The paper piece processor includes the paper piece take-out device 20 comprising a pair of take-out units 20A and 20B having a roller 37 which can suck a flat-folded bag P, a feed-out unit 60 arranged side by side with the take-out device 20, and a labeler 80 for delivering labels L to the unit 60. A suction pad 40 is provided on an outer peripheral surface portion of a roller 37, which rotates with the bag P sucked to displace an edge PE of the bag P upward. A nozzle 43 is positioned on a side of the roller 37 for separating a subsequent bag PE when it attaches to the sucked bag P. Then the separated bag PE is held down by a cylinder rod 47.
