PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor box structure capable of securing both of rigidity and a utility space. SOLUTION: A box body 11 disposed on a lower side of a floor is opened and closed by a lid 12 constituted by a part of the floor. A spacer 20 set in a predetermined position in the box body 11 is provided and the rigidity is secured by the spacer 20. As an engagement means for positioning the spacer 20 with respect to the box body 11, an arm 22 is provided on the spacer 20 and a recessed part 13 is provided on the box body 11 so that the arm 22 is engaged with the recessed part 13. The spacer 20 is separately constituted from the box body 11 and the lid 12, and is detachable with respect to the box body 11.
