PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a rear suspension of automobiles capable of ensuring high strength and durability by improving the structure of connecting a torsion beam axle to a rear floor side member. SOLUTION: The structure of the rear suspension of automobiles comprises a rear floor side member, a trailing arm bracket with the torsion beam axle coupled therewith, and a fixing means for fixing the trailing arm bracket to the rear floor side member with a predetermined space formed between the rear floor side member and the trailing arm bracket.
