PURPOSE: A process for elaborating a tube with small inner diameter for wind instruments is provided, which is characterized in that wax is injected into the tube and then graphite core is burned after molding step to remove the core within the tube in order to simplify the preparation process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a wax molding step of placing a graphite core (c) with the same diameter as the inner diameter of the tube into a mold and introducing wax into the mold, followed by cooling and drying the wax; a heating step of forming shape of an assembly to be secured in the tube(10) with the wax and attaching and burying the formed assembly(11) into a gypsum plaster then heating it; a pouring step of applying a fused metal material into a space formed by removing the wax from the gypsum plaster and cooling the material; and a removal step of taking off the gypsum plaster, heating the tube(10) to burn out the graphite core contained into the tube.
