PURPOSE: A bag locking device is provided to easily open a bag, reduce the number of parts and simplify assembly construction, by separating an upper housing from a below housing by a predetermined distance when releasing a locking state. CONSTITUTION: The bag locking device comprises a catching part(31) including a first separating member(313) for separating an upper housing from a below housing, by being inserted inwardly when a pressed force from below is applied to the inside portions of a pair of hooks opposed to each other, and being protruded elastically to the outside when the pressed force is released; and a locking part(32) including a fastening member(34) which locks the hooks by being moved in a horizontal direction toward the center inner side thereof when the hooks are inserted from the both sides thereof, and releases the locking of the hooks when being moved inwardly by external force in the state of locking the hooks, and a second separating member(36) which is inserted inwardly when the hooks are inserted and locked to the locking member, and is protruded elastically to the outside to move the catching part upwardly as soon as the hooks are separated from the fastening member(34).
