PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral hair tonic agent that increases the digestion of seaweed with a composition in combination of volatile components obtained by steam distillation of seaweed with chlorophyll and effectively improves and maintain the health of the scalp with the nutrient components. SOLUTION: The objective oral hair tonic agent is a composition of the volatile components from steam distillation of seaweed and chlorophyll.
