PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method enabling simple take out of a skin material from a molding tool. SOLUTION: The fore end of a coating nozzle 30 is made to front on a waste duct 14, and waste spray is conducted until composition rates of two-part liquid reaction-curing type resin materials become stable. While the resin materials have been discharged continuously thereafter, the coating nozzle 30 is made to get over the portion of a flange 12 of a bottom tool 10 where a notch 13 is not formed, and made to face the inside of the bottom tool 10, and the resin materials are sprayed successively to be applied on the molding surface 11 of the bottom tool. As a result, the skin material is molded on the surface of the molding surface 11, and also a tag 5 continuous to the skin material is formed in the portion of the flange 12 where no notch 13 is formed. |
