PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a bubble liquid visible at night which can be produced at a low cost, can simply form bubbles, can highly effectively emit light, and does not leave its color on clothing, ground, or the like. SOLUTION: There is provided a so-called bubble liquid visible at night comprising about 67-80% water, 8-25% surface-active agent, which provides the ability to form bubbles 2% glyceral, which provides a wetting and antifreeze action, and 1-6% fluorescent brightening agent, which allows one to enjoy the wonderfulness of a space into which the bubble liquid is diffused by virtue of the ability to fluoresce when the bubble liquid itself or bubbles formed by blowing it are irradiated with a light source such as an invisible ultraviolet or infrared radiation in a darker environment.
