PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable cloth having excellent dyeability, giving a final product having high quality, suppressed Memuki defect (exposure of urethane fiber on the surface), soft texture and excellent durability and composed of an elastic fiber and a polyamide synthetic fiber. SOLUTION: The stretchable cloth is composed of a polyurethane elastic fiber and a polyamide synthetic fiber. The thermal welding force of the polyurethane elastic fiber in the cloth before dyeing is >=0.100 cN/dtex.
