摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump that can be prevented from being deteriorated in coefficient of performance and, at the same time, can stably control the number of revolutions of an engine and the valve travels of a motor-driven three-way valve for water and a liquid flow regulating valve. SOLUTION: The value obtained by subtracting 2 deg.C from a target refrigerant temperature ET which becomes a reference temperature in the control of the valve travels of the motor-driven three-way valve for water and liquid flow regulating valve (refer to S205) is set 2 deg.C lower than the target refrigerant temperature ET used in the control of the number of revolutions of the engine (refer to S213). Therefore, when the number of revolutions of the engine is not the lowest in the case where each control is normally performed, the valve travels of the three-way valve and regulating valve become zero. When the valves are fully opened, on the contrary, the number of revolutions of the engine becomes the lowest. Consequently, the minimization of the number of revolutions of the engine has priority over the compensation by means of a heat exchanger at the time of compensating the insufficiency of the evaporating step of a refrigerating cycle when the heat pump is operated for cooling.
