PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a misty hair cosmetic which has an excellent set-holding force, does not give a sticky touch, gives a gloss-free natural finish touch, and has excellent powder dispersibility. SOLUTION: This misty hair cosmetic is characterized by comprising (A) 0.05 to 10.0 wt.% of a polymer having a coating film-forming ability, (B) 0.05 to 5.0 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant, (C) 0.05 to 10.0 wt.% of powder having a particle diameter of 0.5 to 50μm, and (D) 25.0 to 80.0 wt.% of a propellant.
