PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and save a high quality fuel supplied to a regenerator by heating a diluted solution using external waste heat. SOLUTION: There are provided a high temperature regenerator (Ge1), a middle temperature regenerator (Ge2), and a low temperature regenerator (Ge3). On solution lines (L14, L14a, L14b, L14c) for communicating any of the foregoing regenerators (Ge1, Ge2, Ge3) and an absorber (Ab), there is interposed waste heat throwing heat exchangers (1E, 2E, 3E) for introducing a heat amount possessed by a waste heat fluid from an external waste heat source into absorption solution flowing through the solution lines (L14, L14a, L14b, L14c).
