PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for photosensitive materials which is capable of maintaining stable processing performance of forming images free of flaws on the photosensitive materials by preventing dust from soaring up into the processing liquid in a processing liquid body and from sticking to the photosensitive materials and leaving the flaws thereon. SOLUTION: A filter 40 is arranged on a base surface section 36 side in the processing liquid body 32 and the cleaned processing liquid is drawn out through the filter 40 from the lower layer section of the processing liquid stored in the processing liquid body 32 by a processing liquid circulating pipeline 30 and is circulated to be fed to the upper layer of the processing liquid stored in the processing liquid body 32. The dust which is suspended in the processing liquid in the processing liquid body 32 and is liable to flaw the photosensitive materials is entrained in the flow of the processing liquid flowing to descend from the upper layer part to the lower layer part, is lowered to the bottom side and is lowered onto the bottom side by the own weight of the dust. The dust descending to the bottom side of the processing liquid body 32 is captured and removed by the filter 40.
