PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a solenoid valve so as not to directly transmit an external force, even when the shaft directional external force acts on the solenoid valve, and to constitute the solenoid valve so as not to deteriorate performance of the solenoid valve. SOLUTION: A fixed core 5 is arranged in an inner diameter of an annular coil 4 wound on a bobbin 3 in a case 2. A guide member 6 is coaxially arranged with the fixed core 5, and is constituted so that a movable core 7 slides along the guide member 6. The fixed core 5 projects in an end part 5b in the shaft direction from a support part 2a of the case 2. A cover 9 for protecting this end part 5b is installed in the case 2. The cover 9 has an abutting part 9d abutting to the case 2, a cavity part 9a, and an energizing part 9b in the shaft center, and presses the fixed core 5a by specific force by the energizing part 9b arranged in the cavity part 9a. Even when the external force acts in the shaft direction, the external force is received by the abutting part 9d so as not to directly transmit the external force to the fixed core 5.
