PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a cylinder head while simplifying drain structure from a spark plug chamber formed in the cylinder head with part of a spark plug facing it in an engine where a protruded part protruded outside a cylinder block is integrally provided with the cylinder head fastened to the cylinder block, and where the spark plug is installed having an axial line disposed in a plane perpendicular to an axial line of a cam shaft. SOLUTION: The spark plug chambers 109A, 109B, 109C, and 109D to which part of the spark plug faces are formed in the cylinder head 22 in such a way that they are partly disposed on the protruded part 22a. In the protruded part 22a, drain holes 110A-110D are provided to be opened at a lower part in the spark plug chambers 109A-109D at one end, and opened at a lower outer surface of the protruded part 22a at the other end.
