PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form panel for wall surface construction preventing the initiation of a crack at the back face of a form panel body caused by bending moment applied to the back face. SOLUTION: Hooks 4 opened in the vertical direction are protrusively provided in the prescribed positions in the vertical and lateral directions of the back face of a form panel body 2, and connecting members 12 of connecting fixtures 11 are engaged with the hooks 4 to erectly arrange the form panel 1 for wall surface construction to the right and left and upward. In this case the back face of the form panel body 2 is provided with grooves 2a extending in a vertical direction, passing through the inside of the hooks 4.
