PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device which is connected integrally to an end of a reinforcing rod stock such as an anchor and which can inhibit looseness of a fastening part by imparting a fixed tensible force to the reinforcing rod stock while following extension of the reinforcing bar stock when the reinforcing rod stock is extended. SOLUTION: A load imparting slab 20 is pressed to a side of ground y by a coned disc spring 4 via a locking tool 6 held by an end of an extension rod stock B, so as to resist a loading force acting outward from the side of the ground y. In addition, a screw part 5 is provided at a lower end of the rod stock B in such a manner as to sandwich the slab 20 in between, and a turning force in a direction, wherein the slab 20 is pressed to the side of the ground y via a power spring 9, is applied to a main nut 3, which is screwed into the screw part 5 and brought into contact with a surface of the slab 20.
