PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmer, flexible, thin, and light bedding having a fabric to which the characteristics of a metal having a high heat-storing property is added. SOLUTION: This bedding has a fabric which comprises a metal layer adhered by a spattering method and a substrate layer comprising a fabric. Thereby, the thin film of the metal is tightly adhered to the fibers of the fabric, and the fibers therefore have a high heat-storing effect because of absorbing heat rays emitted from the body of a user due to an IR light-absorbing function. Hence, even a thin fabric can have a sufficient heat-insulating effect. Since the metal is tightly adhered by the spattering method, characteristics comprising a high adhesion strength and easy processability due to the unchanged flexibility of the fibers are obtained.
