PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satin-like film based on a polyolefinic resin being a substitute of a soft vinyl chloride resin, capable of being provided with a satin- like surface without applying processing by an embossing roll, a mat roll, sand blasting or the like and excellent in heat resistance, flexibility, perforation properties, blocking resistance, printability or the like. SOLUTION: The satin-like film is constituted by providing a surface layer on at least one surface of a core material layer based on a polyethylenic resin. The surface layer comprises a polyolefinic resin with a degree of crystallization of 40% or less based on a polypropylene resin and a polyolefinic elastomer.
