FIELD: manufacture of high-pressure bottles. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in connection of cylindrical housing with covers by means of weld seams. According to first version, preheated bandage is applied on each weld seam of bottle covering part of bottle at joint area of housing and cover by length no less than 0.3 of bottle diameter. According to second version, ends of housing are preheated before welding, after which cylindrical bushes having length no less than 0.3 of bottle diameter are fitted inside them at negative allowance; bushes have stepped outer surfaces and steps of lesser diameter are directed inside housing. Prior to mounting, surface of this step is coated with pliable metal flush with step of larger diameter of bush, provided total thickness of housing with bush is no less than thickness of cover wall. EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to equal strength obtained through reinforcing weld seams. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
