<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house of a highly thermally insulated and air-tight structure, in which indoor cooling heating, and ventilation are performed well with minimal energy by utilizing indoor and outdoor air. SOLUTION: An exhaust fan 9 is placed in a roof-floor exhaust chamber 7 for drawing air of attic space 6. An outside vent path 12 connecting the outdoor to the chamber 1 is provided in the inside of the outside wall. An inside ventilation path 13 connecting an underfloor space 14 and the space 6 is provided in the inside of the inside wall. An air conditioning unit 19 placed in the underfloor space 14 comprises a blower 21 for taking in outdoor air and send it in an air-supply duct 24, a suction fan 22 for releasing the air sucked through a ventilation duct 25 into the underfloor space 14. The air conditioning unit 19 comprises further a heat exchanger 23 for heat exchanging air in a room 4 collected by the suction duct 22 with outdoor air taken in by the blower 21. A ventilation opening 15 is provided in each room 4 for discharging the indoor air to an inside ventilation path 13.</p> |
