摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight bearing manufacturing method having a composite race comprising a light alloy race body member and a raceway surface side member formed of a ferrous material. SOLUTION: In a silk hat type wave motive gear device built in a wave motive gear device unit, a rigid internal gear and a flexible external gear of the wave motive gear device are connected to each other in a relatively rotatable manner via a cross roller bearing 4. An outer ring 41 of the cross roller bearing is a composite parts comprising a light alloy outer ring body member 411 and an outer ring side raceway surface forming member 412 formed out a ferrous material and coupled with the inner side thereof. The outer ring body member 411 is manufactured by integrating a first outer ring split piece 31 formed by diffusion-bonding a first outer ring side raceway surface split piece 21 to a first outer ring body split piece 11 with a similarly formed second outer ring split piece 32. The outer ring body member 411 and the outer ring side raceway surface forming member 412 can be reliably integrated with each other in a simple process.
