PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good working efficiency by operating an auxiliary output motor without reducing speed of a vehicle when a working part is over-loaded. SOLUTION: The auxiliary output motor 60 is provided separately from an engine 21 driving the working part. When the working part is over-loaded, electricity is discharged from a battery based on an engine overload detection result by an electronic governor controller to operate the auxiliary output motor. The auxiliary output motor and the engine 21 cooperate to operate the working part.
