PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition which, before, curing, has a self-filling property (excellent fluidity and material separation resistance), is excellent in the application property and, after curing, has excellent mechanical properties (compression strength, bending strength, etc.), such as compression strength more than 180 MPa. SOLUTION: This hydraulic composition comprises (A) cement of Blaine specific surface area 2,500-5,000 cm<2> /g of 100 pts.wt., (B) fine particles of BET specific surface area 5-25 cm<2> /g of 10-40 pts.wt., (C) inorganic particles A of Blaine specific surface area 5,000-30,000 cm<2> /g of 10-50 pts.wt. and (D) inorganic particles B of Blaine specific surface area 2,500-5,000 cm<2> /g of 5-35 pts.wt. The difference of Blaine specific surface area between the cement and the inorganic particles B is >=100 cm<2> /g. This hydraulic composition, for instance, can contain an aggregate in which the grain size is <=2 mm and the content of particles of grain size <=75μm is <=2.0 wt.%. This hydraulic composition further can contain metallic fiber. This hydraulic composition is admixed with water reducing agent and water and is used.
