PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector of high image quality by preventing the deterioration of image quality by field noise or magnetic field noise resulted from the oscillating operation of a DC/DC converter. SOLUTION: This detector comprises a DC/DC control device 5 connected to the DC/DC converter (switching power source) 3, and the DC/DC control device 5 supplies an ENB signal for switchingly controlling 'oscillation' and 'non-oscillation' of the DC/DC converter. In amplifier reset(RES) and sampling(SMPL), the DC/DC converter is set to 'non-oscillation'. In both or either one of the amplifier reset and sampling periods, the DC/DC converter is set to 'non-oscillation'. Throughout the amplifier reset and sampling periods or in a part thereof, the DC/DC converter is set to 'non-oscillation'.
