PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural lighting system shutter device capable of reducing execution manhours by automatically controlling three positions [a fully opening position, a natural lighting position, and a fully closing position (a non-natural lighting position)] to a shutter curtain, releasing a user from the necessity of setting a distinction between signals of the three positions like a conventional case, and easily setting a moving state of the shutter curtain at execution work at an installing site. SOLUTION: This shutter device 1 is composed of the shutter curtain 3 having openable-closable slits 33a, and moving for closing and opening by being guided by a guide rail 2a between an upper fully opening area h1 and a lower landing area h2 by energizing force applied from an electromotively-driving part 5, and is characterized by having control means (an upper limit switch S1, a second pressing part 3f, a lower limit switch S2, a first pressing part 3d, and a control part 7) for determining a moving-stopping position on the basis of a physical variation required for moving between reference positions of the shutter curtain 3.
