PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal cleaning device capable of keeping good the cleanliness of a urinal. SOLUTION: This urinal cleaning device is provided with a flushing water supply means 25 for supplying flushing water to the urinal, and a water level sensor 20 for measuring the water level of staying water of a trap part at the lower part of the urinal. The urinal cleaning device includes a timing means 22 provided with a urination start detecting means 21 for detecting the start of urination according to the output of the water level sensor 20, thereby letting flow the flushing water when the start of urination is detected or timing the elapsed time from the start of urination, an elapsed time comparing means 23 for comparing the elapsed time with a designated threshold, and a control means 24 for letting flow the flushing water when the designated time elapses after the start of urination is detected.
