PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive method for a beam scanner optical part enabling high accuracy optical regulation at a low cost. SOLUTION: In adhering two parts composing an optical system of a beam scanner, a controlling ditch 502 and a recovering hole 503 are formed around the adhering range 501 of a substrate (part) 603, thus a definite amount of dropped adhesive remains in the adhesive range 501 and the excess adhesive flows to the controlling ditch 502 and is recovered through the recovering hole 503 provided in the controlling ditch 502.
