PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivered paper stacker fitting device with the structure possible to be connected/disconnected to/from a holder and possible to be curved for deformation, and to provide a recording device with the same. SOLUTION: This delivered paper stacker fitting device is provided with a delivered paper stacker 6 having a delivered paper receiver surface 61 possible to be curved for deformation and a holder 19 having a stacker holder part for holding a base end of the delivered paper stacker. The delivered paper stacker is formed with a deformation lock part 75 possible to be elastically deformed at a base end thereof, and the stacker holder part is formed with a receiver part 55, in which the deformation lock part 75 can be fitted by snapping. In the condition that the delivered paper stacker 6 is installed in the holder 19, the delivered paper stacker 6 can be removed from the holder 19 by deforming the deformation lock part 75.
