PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ear base housing case for a cellular phone in which a cellular phone is mounted to a seat belt of an automobile and fixed at the ear, a usual conversation can be performed without using both hands during driving of the automobile and a partner (conversation) of a telephone call cannot be known by a fellow passenger as compared with a speaker type case. SOLUTION: The ear base housing case for a cellular phone is clamped by the seat belt of the automobile and is slid on the seat belt. The housing case is fixed at the ear base and a usual conversation can be performed. Therefore, a partner (conversation) of the telephone call cannot be known by the fellow passenger. An unrequired movement (slide) caused by a vibration during driving is prevented utilizing a phenomenon that an appropriate pressure is applied to a driver's chest, i.e., a characteristic on a performance of the seat belt.
