PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woodgrain-toned cushion material 1 presenting a woodgrain pattern close to natural wood even when it is cut in any shape and besides has a simple structure. SOLUTION: The woodgrain pattern is formed on the woodgrain-toned cushion material 1. This pattern extends to the inside of the material. Even when the material 1 is cut in any cut plane, accordingly, the woodgrain pattern appears on the cut plane. In order to obtain this woodgrain-toned cushion material 1, first a first sheet which is constituted of a polymer composition compounded with a foaming agent and is colored in dark brown, and a second sheet which is constituted of the same polymer composition and colored in light brown, are laminated. Next, the laminated sheets are rolled in the shape of a tube and charged in a molding tool and heated. Then the foaming agent foams and a foamed molded body is obtained. By cutting the foamed molded body in a prescribed size, the woodgrain-toned cushion material 1 is obtained.
