PURPOSE: A method for growing plants using a structure floated on the water of rivers and a freshwater lake is provided which can purify water, control a water level and create clean environment and natural beauty by maintaining a specified height despite waves and wind. CONSTITUTION: A pipe type buoy body(10) is fastened to a plant growing frame(20) to form a fixed frame(100). A tension control apparatus(50) and water level control apparatus(60) are installed at the portion connected to the fixed frame. A planting net(30) is installed on the plant growing frame of each fixed frame and a desired plant is planted on the plant net. The water level control apparatus is constructed inside each fixed frame and a path is formed between each fixed frame. |
