PURPOSE:To ensure a function of preventing somebody from driving without previous permission and safety of preventing an unforeseen accident by driving the starting motor of a prime mover only at the time of switching a gate lock lever to its neutral position when a theft preventing switch is released. CONSTITUTION:This hydraulic working machine controls pressure oil fed to an actuator 7 from a hydraulic pump 6 and a pilot pump 10 respectively at a control valve 8, a pilot valve 11, and a gate lock valve 12 respectively. Respective pumps 6, 10 are driven respectively by a prime mover 1, and the prime mover 1 is driven by a starting motor or the like. A theft preventing switch 15 which inhibits the starting motor from being driven by locking operation, and a neutral switch 18 which inhibits the starting motor 2 from being driven by switching a gate lock lever 12a to its non-neutral position are also provided. The starting motor can be driven only at the time of switching the gate lock lever 12a to its neutral position when the theft preventing switch 15 is released. |
