摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a sensor film having high reproducibility and sensitivity to a bitter taste (amphipatic ion) by impregnating a hydrophobic macromolecular sensor film with a charge group. CONSTITUTION:Vinyl chloride and acrylic amide 2-methyl propane sulfonic acid Na is polymerized with a water solution of dodecyl sulfuric acid Na, using persulfuric acid ammonium as a solvent. The copolymer so produced is washed with water and dissolved into tetrahydrofuran (THF). Then, the dissolved product is dropped to distilled water and later dried. Furthermore, a dried sample and a plasticizer are dissolved into THF. This dissolved product is filtrated and, then, a glass panel is expanded for vaporizing the the solvent, thereby obtaining a film 10 of approximately 0.1mm thickness. In this case, the film 10 seems to have a structure where a macromolecule 12 with a group charged to such an extent as not impairing the hydrophilic property thereof and a macromolecule 13 without such a group entangled with the plasticizer. The film 10 is pasted to a vinyl chloride tube and the tube is filled with inner liquid (KC1 solution), thereby fabricating a sensor. The film 10 does not respond to a hydrophilic ion, but reacts to an amphipatic ion.
