<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize a rate of equipment operation by reducing an overall work-in-hand lot flowing in a manufacturing line where equipment conditions and blanks are varied according to circumstances. SOLUTION: This lot control unit is provided with a manufacturing line data storage means 5 storing data pertaining to a manufacturing line, a work-in- hand lot sorting means 1 reading the data stored in this manufacturing line data storage means 5, and sorting the work-in-hand lot on the basis of the data, a work load decision means 2 determining an amount of work load per unit time on the basis of the data pertaining to the work-in-hand lot sorted by the lot sorting means 1, a working procedure decision means 3 determining a lot working procedure at every group beginning on a work-in-hand allowable process, on the basis of the work load per unit time determined by the work load decision means 2, and a work instruction means 4 performing work instructions according to the work procedure set by the work procedure decision means 3, respectively.</p> |
