OVERHEAD TYPE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An overhead type air conditioning system for vehicle is provided to smoothly discharge condensed water to the outside of a car room regardless of driving condition of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system(200) includes a case(21) having an air flow path formed therein; an evaporator(12) installed on the air flow path in the case; an air blower(13) blowing air passing the evaporator into a car room; a drain tube(17) installed around the evaporator to discharge condensed water generated as the evaporator executes heat exchange to the outside; an auxiliary drain tube(22) installed between the evaporator and the air blower; and an opening and closing device(20) installed on an inlet side of the auxiliary drain tube to rotate so as to open and close the inlet of the auxiliary drain tube.
