<p>PURPOSE:To produce a foil-wound transformer, in which the generation of a layer short circuit, the defective position of winding and defective breakdown strength and the mistaken press-fitting of a leading-out lead 4 is prevented when the leading-out lead is fixed at a terminal and quality in a process can be stabilized, automatically, and to provide the transformer at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A stepped section 12 is formed to at least a part of the top face of the terminal block section 11 of a coil bobbin 10, and the terminal block section 11 is bent while using the angle section of the stepped section 12 as a fulcrum, and press- fitted and fixed into the fixing grooves 14 of a terminal fixing section 13 projected outward, thus preventing the change of the positions of fulcra at a time when leading- out leads 16 are bent along the stepped section 12 and press-fitted and fastened, then also obviating the length of the leading-out lead 16 from the fulcra to the central point of a coil. Consequently, no stress is generated by the alteration of lead length. Disturbance stress due to the variation of the length of the leading-out lead 16 at the time of the press-fitting a terminal is also reduced, and generated stress is relaxed by the deflection of a wire rod. There are the fulcra even at the time of press-fitting and fixing, thus completely stopping the transmission of stress over the coil side.</p> |
