<p>PURPOSE:To enable formation of an image with no flaw and defect by providing a rubber roller, having specific rubber hardness, just before an image forming part in an image receiving face side of a card conveying route in a card printer forming an image on a card having an image receiving face by sublimating or fusing thermal transcription. CONSTITUTION:In a card printer forming an image on a card having an image receiving face by a sublimating thermal transcription image forming part 6, provided with a thermal head 7, in the card 4 conveyed by a rubber roller 1 and by a card reverse side roller 2, as the rubber roller 1 provided just before an image forming part in an image receiving face side of a card conveying route, a rubber roller of 40 or less 10 or more rubber hardness is used. After an image receiving face side of the card 4 is pressed to the rubber roller 1 by a 1kg load, when adhesive strength is defined by tensile force (g) required for pulling the card separated from the roller at a 20mm/min speed, the rubber roller 1, having its adhesive strength of 400g or more, is used.</p> |
