PURPOSE: A heat insulation property and durability of a double pipe are improved, and noise by flowing of fluid in the pipe is reduced by a double pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pipe body(A) is formed to a double pipe(10) having an inner pipe(11) and an outer pipe(12). A fine gap(13) is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. A paraffin of liquid type is injected to the fine gap. When the paraffin is filled in the fine gap, the paraffin is solidified, and the double pipe is bent. Then, the paraffin in the fine gap is melted and discharged.
