PURPOSE: A pan having an electric heating member is provided to reduce cooking time with saving energy and ensuring safety while removing inconvenience of use by properly maintaining steam temperature and pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pan(10) has a lid equipped with an electric heating member. The pan(10) has a housing(12) and a lid(14) for opening/closing the housing(12). The electric heating member is installed at a lower portion of the lid(14). A coupling member is mounted on an upper portion of the lid(14). A pair of handles are formed at lateral sides of the housing(12) so as to easily move the pan(10). The electric heating member installed at the lower portion of the lid(14) includes a conical type coil so as to enlarge a contact surface. The conical type coil(18) is installed in the lower portion of the lid(14) by means of a flange(24) and a bolt.
