PURPOSE: Provided is a shape memory resin copolymer which is excellent in shape recovery and can be economically produced, and which can recover its shape over wide range of temperature. CONSTITUTION: The shape memory resin copolymer comprises a reversible phase of polymer region of 10-99 wt% of C10-C20 linear 1-alkene monomer and a fixed phase of polymer region of the rest of the vinyl monomer. The polymer region of vinyl monomer has the structure formed by homopolymerizing or copolymerizing an ethylene, propylene, 1-butene, styrene, alphamethyl styrene, paramethyl styrene, methyl acrylate, or methyl methacrylate. The shape memory resin copolymer has a multi-block formed by repeating a polymer region of 1-alkene monomer and a polymer region of vinyl monomer more than one time. The shape recovering temperature of the copolymer is 10-120 deg.C.
