PURPOSE: A method for authenticating a fair user using a wireless communication device is provided which can prevent a series of service accesses from being proceeded when a series of short message passwords transmitted wirelessly are hacked by a malicious and unfair user, and thus can minimize the unpredicted damage of a fair user. CONSTITUTION: A fair user authentication system comprises the first authentication system(100) based on a series of wire internet networks and the second authentication system(200) based on a series of wireless internet networks. The first authentication system comprises the first interface module(101), the first authentication management server(102), an encryption message information D/B(103) and an operation message information D/B(104), and various encryption information required in a series of encryption processes are stored in the encryption message information D/B. And various operation information required in operating and managing a web page are stored in the operation message information D/B. The first authentication management server controls the encryption message information D/B and the operation message information D/B efficiently.
