摘要

PURPOSE: A TFT array substrate for a liquid crystal display device is provided to simply repair the white reject of pixels by repair parts formed at front ends of pixel electrodes or gate lines for overlapping thereof. CONSTITUTION: A TFT array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes pixel electrodes(82) formed in pixel areas defined by gate and data lines intersecting each other on a protecting film, connected to the drain electrodes via first contact holes, and having repair parts(85) for overlapping the pixel electrodes with the gate lines(22) at the front ends, and a conductor pattern overlapping capacity maintaining wires formed on a substrate traversely for transmitting a common voltage with respect to a gate insulating film formed on the substrate covering gate wires and the capacity maintaining wires and connected to the pixel electrodes via second contact holes of the protecting film.
