PURPOSE: A communication method between terminals under a wireless LAN environment is provided to use address maps of each terminal storing relative coordinates of other terminals, and to use a network map storing whether or not a terminal exists on specific coordinates, thereby reducing an overhead caused by data transmission to a non-existing terminal. CONSTITUTION: When a new terminal enters or a location is changed(S400), a terminal performs a broadcasting to search a terminal communicating with the self terminal(S410). The searched terminal responds to the broadcasting terminal, and the broadcasting terminal receives replies from other communicable terminals(S420). The terminal decides whether the responding terminals exist(S430). If so, the terminal requests terminal information such as an IP address of an MAC address and network coordinates information of each terminal, and receives the requested information(S440). The terminal determines self network coordinates by using each RTT(Round Trip Time) and network coordinates of the responding terminals(S450). The terminal receives IP addresses and network information from the other terminals(S460), and makes a self address map to update a network map(S470). |
