PURPOSE: Structure of a car door hinge is provided to endow the hinge with an opening angle adjustment function and an appropriate tension force maintenance function, thus eliminating the need of a door checker and simplifying an assembly procedure. CONSTITUTION: The door hinge(12) installed between a car piller panel and a door to enable the door to be rotated about a car frame comprises a first hinge member(12a) installed to the piller panel side, a second hinge member(12b) installed to the door side, a connecting shaft(12c) for rotatably connecting the first and second hinge members, a mounting portion(12d) integrally formed on the lower part of the second hinge member, a plurality of rod spring guide rollers(16) radially arranged on the mounting portion, and a twist rod spring(18) that one end is fixed onto the first hinge member and the other end is elastically in contact with the guide roller. |
